Yes, you can help Santa Clara County's uninsured children! You can support the success of the Children's Health Initiative:

• Contribute financially to the Santa Clara Family Health Foundation,
  through its website www.healthykidsfund.org or by contacting Craig
  Walsh at 408-464-7091.

• Volunteer time and skills to local community events. Please contact
  Marta Avelar, community relations director at Lmadrid@scfhp.com.

• Refer potential clients to our toll-free Children's Health Initiative
  information line at 1-888-244-5222.

• Talk about CHI with coworkers, friends, and potential clients.
